Ambra is focused on high quality production with up-to-date machinery including such specialized equipment as fusing machines, a 10-needle computerized embroidery machine, spreader, and collar assembly unit. The company has a single shift of 300 workers. There are 10 production lines of 25-30 workers each and each line can make any product. Weekly production capacity depends upon the styles being manufactured. Ambra produces orders as small as 200 units per style. The company works overtime and sub-contracts work as necessary and as agreed with clients.
Ambra owns the existing premises and the land it stands upon. As agreed with clients, finished orders are accumulated and directly exported via an outside trucking company. This dedicated truck delivers finished product and picks up raw material on the return trip.
The company is certified with ISO 9001:2008.
